"Service guy Ben was absolutely awesome, so helpful. We had a flat tire and got the bike towed. He told me on the phone that he would put everything else to the side to get me fixed and back on the road since I was traveling. And got complimentaryry wash and wax while we waited." "If I had to break down, this was the place. Heading to Philadelphia when we spun a bearing on the trailer. Shane Turrisi drove over to see if he could help. Had to leave the trailer in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, ma and could not drive both vehicles. T-Town Harley stored my bike till I came back through a week later. Not only was there no storage charge, but the bike was washed. We bought a couple of items to show our gratitude and support. Will stop there on our next time through Alabama. Great experience. "I just wanted to say a few words about this dealership. First I just purchased a 2020 Road Glide limited they didnt have the color I wanted but within a hour they found me one and went and picked it up .when my bike arrived it was more than I could have hoped for they had hit the jackpot on this one with me and made my buying experience easy all involved were great but this doesnt end my story after taking it home and breaking it in I brought it back to get my thousand mile service service told me that an update had to also be done which was no problem but when updating something went wrong which was beyond their control I will add so a new part had to be ordered They ordered it and like me they waited on it for four weeks now I was starting to get a little upset over the the whole thing but I also understood it was not their fault but it wasnt mine either so I went and down to hatalkith all that were involved and I would call names but there are too many to name from management to sales to service everyone of them made me feel at ease and was very respectful and understand to my complaints but Harley Davidson finally came through with the part they got my bike fixed its good as new now. I would just like end this by saying that the dealership as a whole from top to bottom has gone out of their way to take care of me we as customers have to understand that things happen out of their control and this dealership is going to do whatever it takes to make it right so this my dealership for life and a big Roll Tide to T Town Harley Davidson !!"
